Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Patient Service Associate to join our clinics.

You will greet patients, manage front desk inquiries, and handle cashiering duties in a busy clinical setting. You will provide administrative and logistical support to the clinic, coordinate appointments, and assist doctors as needed. This role requires at least 1 year of clinic experience and familiarity with Plato software.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in clinic.
• Experience with Plato software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Patient Service Associate at one of our clinics.
• Handle front desk related matters such as customer enquiries and cashiering.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the clinic
• Ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.
• Other duties assigned by the doctor as required.

Monday to Friday 830am - 5pm

Saturday 830am - 1pm

Location (rotating): Parkway East (mainly) rotate to Orchard when required

$2000 - $3500 (depend on exp)
