Job summary

Outpost Climbing Clementi is seeking an Outlet Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Clementi outlet. You will oversee front desk, climbing, coaching and customer-facing activities, while building a strong service crew and establishing standards for a new Outpost location.

You will be hands-on, leading the team and remaining actively involved in daily gym operations, safety, and exceptional customer experience as the outlet grows in the western Singapore community.

Qualifications

• The role requires experience in operations, outlet management, customer service, hospitality, sports or leisure.
• Experience leading or developing a team is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with adults and children.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outlet operations across front desk, climbing, coaching and customer activities.
• Manage and develop the outlet team including scheduling and training.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience with a welcoming environment.
• Oversee safety and risk management, procedures and incident response.
• Maintain facility and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Coordinate classes, programmes and events with coaches and teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support sales, memberships, coaching, events and community growth.
• Handle outlet administration and reporting, stock, and records.
• Support pre-opening setup and ongoing growth of the Clementi outlet.
