Job summary

• Relevant experience in client servicing, account management, customer service, or relationship management.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Understand clients' needs and provide timely, effective solutions.
