GLOBEVISA CONSULTANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Client Services Executive to support immigration operations in Singapore. The role focuses on post-sales client servicing, with additional support for sales consultants and basic marketing tasks.

Responsabilités

• Client Servicing (Primary Focus): Manage client cases and ensure smooth progress through the application process; provide guidance on documentation and procedures; handle client enquiries and maintain relationships; ensure timely follow-ups and high service standards.
• Sales Support: Assist sales consultants with case onboarding and basic eligibility coordination; support documentation preparation before case submission.
• Marketing Support: Assist in simple marketing tasks such as preparing promotional materials (e.g. posters, basic content).
