Job summary

Aspire is seeking a regional Account Manager to drive commercial growth by managing key accounts in Singapore and across APAC. You will partner with clients to understand objectives and translate them into agency solutions for events and communications.

Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in account management within events or marketing agencies, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management or client success within events, hospitality, or marketing agencies.
• Proven track record managing major client portfolios, pitches, and event budgets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual account action plans by conducting needs assessments to align with client objectives and internal advocacy.
• Identify and pursue account expansion opportunities by leading proposal pitches and RFPs to upsell event and communication solutions.
• Oversee project budgets and manage multi-functional project teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve commercial challenges effectively.
• Translate client objectives into actionable agency solutions by acting as a consultative partner and trusted advisor.
