in Singapore seeks an Accounting Relationship Manager to be the primary contact for corporate secretarial, accounting and tax clients, focusing on client relationships, service coordination, annual renewals and client retention. The role manages a portfolio of corporate clients, coordinates with accountants and tax specialists, ensures timely bookkeeping, financial reporting and tax filings, and identifies cross‑selling opportunities for additional services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in accounting or corporate services.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and professional with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounting and tax clients while taking ownership of annual revenue and client retention targets.
• Build and maintain strong, professional and long-term client relationships.
• Manage multiple corporate client accounts concurrently and ensure that client enquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Monitor the overall progress of bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax computation, tax filing and other annual compliance matters.
• Follow up with clients to ensure that all required documents and information are submitted on time.
• Coordinate with and supervise accountants and tax specialists to ensure that all deliverables and statutory filings are completed within the required deadlines.
• Take ownership of annual service renewals and achieve the assigned renewal, sales and client retention targets.
• Understand clients’ business needs and identify suitable opportunities for cross-selling the Group’s bank account accounting, immigration, family office and other professional services.
• Work closely with the finance team on payment-related matters and provide client communication support where required.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to ensure smooth service delivery and a positive overall client experience.
• Handle client concerns and complaints professionally and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate client records, follow-up notes and service progress updates in the company’s internal system.
