Job summary

ESIN GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Client Relationship professional to be the primary liaison for corporate secretarial, accounting and tax clients.

The role emphasizes relationship management, service coordination, annual renewals, client retention and identifying cross-selling opportunities. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of corporate clients and coordinate with accountants, tax specialists and internal teams to ensure accounting, tax and annual compliance tasks are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline.
• At least two years of relevant working experience in accounting, taxation, corporate services, client relationship management or professional services.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple corporate clients and assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounting and tax clients while taking ownership of annual revenue and client retention targets.
• Build and maintain strong, professional and long-term client relationships.
• Manage multiple corporate client accounts concurrently and ensure client enquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Monitor bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax computation, tax filing and other annual compliance matters.
• Follow up with clients to ensure all required documents and information are submitted on time.
• Coordinate with and supervise accountants and tax specialists to ensure deliverables and filings are completed within deadlines.
• Take ownership of annual service renewals and achieve renewal, sales and client retention targets.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for the Group’s bank account accounting, immigration, family office and other services.
• Work with the finance team on payment-related matters and provide client communication support.
