Job summary

VIP CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Client Management Intern to support onboarding, daily operations, and customer service. You will work with multiple departments to ensure a smooth client experience across SaaS, FinTech, and RegTech areas.

You will gain hands-on exposure to client management, customer success, and service delivery while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Product, and Technology teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, IT, or related discipline.
• Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced working environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing tools, or SaaS platforms will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in client onboarding, account setup, system configuration, and implementation activities.
• Support clients with general enquiries, service requests, and day-to-day operational matters.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve client issues.
• Assist with user account management, access permissions, password resets, and system configuration requests.
• Monitor and follow up on client requests to ensure timely responses and issue resolution.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of user guides, FAQs, training materials, and internal documentation.
• Assist in conducting client training sessions, system demonstrations, and platform walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Technology teams to support client requirements and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and issue resolutions.
