Job summary

IFS Asset Management Pte. Ltd invites a motivated student to join our Operations and Client Solutions team in Singapore.

You will assist fund operations, NAV preparation, processing subscriptions and redemptions, and support coordination with banks, auditors, and other service providers. You will also help prepare pitch decks, factsheets, email communications to prospects and investors, and contribute to events, CRM updates, and client data tracking.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Finance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva and Salesforce CRM are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain records on loans, repayments, and client subscriptions.
  • Support coordination with banks, auditors, and other service providers.
• Client Solutions & Marketing
  • Help prepare pitch decks, factsheets, and email communications to prospect and investors.
  • Plan, organise and implement client events, marketing initiatives, and communications.
  • Draft content for LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Assist with CRM updates and client data tracking.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Finance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (bonus: Canva, Salesforce CRM, or digital marketing tools).
• Interest in financial services, client engagement, and business operations.
• Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
