This role focuses on engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards suitable products or programmes. You will handle inquiries, follow up with prospects and existing customers, contribute to lead conversion, upselling, and relationship building throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Interest in sales, customer service or client management.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and follow up with prospects and customers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage customer enquiries and follow up with prospective and existing customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or programmes
• Assist with sales activities, including lead conversion, upselling and cross-selling
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout their journey
• Keep customer records and follow-up information updated
• Support other client management and sales initiatives as required
