Job summary

Compass Rose Freight Systems Pte Ltd is seeking a Client Solutions Officer / Executive (Logistics - Customer Service) in Singapore. You will support day-to-day inventory and shipment coordination for our strategic client, working with the operations team to ensure on-time service and stock accuracy.

The role requires good communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification and above. Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related fields is a plus.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong interest in logistics may be considered.
• Good communication skills and meticulous; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a client-facing environment.

Role Purpose

To support day-to-day inventory and shipment co-ordination job scope to ourstrategic client and work closely with our operation team to deliver on-time service standards and stock accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary support contact to our strategic client
• Provide solutions to our strategic client whenever needed
• Coordinate operational, documentation, and service-related issues with internal teams
• Track jobs and shipments, follow up on action items, and ensure timely and accurate updates
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through post-issue reviews and feedback
• Support warehouse operations and other light duties (when necessary)
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support business operations

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification and above. A Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or other relevant fields will be an added advantage
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred. Entry-level candidates without prior experience may also be considered if they demonstrate strong interest in logistics
