The role involves expanding penetration of third-party entrance equipment by converting clients to in-house solutions. You will manage contracts with a focus on fair terms and risk mitigation, aligning with business objectives and regulatory compliance in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a relevant industry (Interior Design experience not considered relevant).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify potential risks or hazards related to products and third-party equipment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy, with the ability to learn and utilize new software systems effectively.
• Technical background in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly key decision-makers, to identify new opportunities and enhancements to existing installations.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to propose new accessories for automated entrance solutions, including compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Expand market penetration for third-party entrance equipment by developing strategies to convert clients to in-house solutions.
• Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms are fair, balanced, and aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract terms and conditions.
