Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Client Services Executive to support clients with enquiries, online portal navigation and account matters. You will be the friendly, dependable first contact for clients, handling inquiries and ensuring smooth portal access.

The role emphasizes strong communication, calmness under pressure, and teamwork within a Securities/Financial services oriented environment.

Qualifications

Diploma required or higher in any discipline.
Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is welcome.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming client enquiries via calls, emails and walk-ins.
Assist clients with login, online portal navigation and account-related questions.
Follow up with clients on outstanding requests and clarifications.
Liaise with internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve client matters.
Escalate complex or complaint-related cases to the right team members.
Take ownership of assigned cases through to proper closure.
Support the team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
