Qualifications

• Diploma required or higher in any discipline.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming client enquiries via calls, emails and walk-ins.
• Assist clients with login, online portal navigation and account-related questions.
• Follow up with clients on outstanding requests and clarifications.
• Liaise with internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve client matters.
• Escalate complex or complaint-related cases to the right team members.
• Take ownership of assigned cases through to proper closure.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
