Job summary

Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management Asia seeks a Client Service Manager to support Investment Representatives and clients. You will manage client documentation, trade booking, settlements, and regulatory compliance, coordinating with multiple business units to resolve queries and ensure policy adherence.

The role requires fluency in English and Mandarin, a 4+ year track record in private banking, and CACS Paper 1 and 2, with strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• University graduate with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Possesses CACS paper 1 and 2.
• Strong knowledge in Private Banking investment products (FX, Equities, Fixed Income, derivatives).

Responsibilities

• Trade booking and settlement.
• Settlement and funding issues resolution.
• Margin calls follow-up and collateral issues resolution.
• Transactional documentation (e.g., client suitability and eligibility).
• Ensure full awareness of and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
• Client servicing: Liaising with various Business Units to ensure client documentation complies with policies.
