Job summary

Guidepoint is seeking an Associate on the Client Service team in Singapore to connect clients with subject matter experts across industries. You will research project topics, recruit elite Advisors, and support client requests with clear, actionable insights.

In this role you will grow into more senior project management opportunities, collaborating across Guidepoint offices and teams. A bachelor’s degree, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels.
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluency in English required; Bahasa is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze client research requests and identify relevant subject matter experts across geographies, industries, and topics for each project.
• Recruit new Advisors to join the Guidepoint network via phone, LinkedIn, and outreach, explaining why their expertise fits the project.
• Screen experts for suitability and create professional profiles for client consideration.
• Collaborate with other Guidepoint colleagues to maintain relationships across offices and Advisors.
