• Process credit applications and manage required documentation.
• Acquire and manage a portfolio of customers.
• Collect customer documents for KYC and onboarding procedures.
• Enhance relationships to tailor loan product solutions.
• Proactively manage credit and operational risks.
• Provide financial solutions aligned to customer needs and objectives.
• Interpret customer needs, risks and financial goals.
• Identify suitable loan packages matching customer objectives.
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets by driving customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Implement service and quality standards for day-to-day credit servicing transactions.
