Responsibilities

• Process credit applications and manage required documentation
• Acquire and manage a portfolio of customers
• Gather documents for KYC and onboarding procedures
• Enhance customer relationships to tailor loan solutions
• Proactively manage credit and operational risks
• Provide financial solutions aligned with customer needs
• Interpret customer needs, risk, and financial objectives
• Identify suitable loan packages matching client goals
• Meet revenue and profitability targets through customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines
