Job summary

CGS International Securities Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a customer service specialist to assist in retail, corporate and institutional trading account onboarding, and to demonstrate our online and mobile trading platforms to clients.

You will promote products such as equities, CFDs, LFX and margin financing, educate customers through seminars, and handle enquiries and feedback with a service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma holders preferred, with basic finance knowledge.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in roadshows, conduct system demonstration on the use of our online trading and mobile platforms and assisting customers on the retail, corporate & institutional trading account opening.
• Be well-versed with our products offering such as equities, CFD, LFX, share margin financing and confidently introduce our product promotions to customers or prospects.
• Organise in-house seminars/ webinars and workshops to educate potential and existing customers on salient features of our platforms.
• Handle customer enquiries on their account and platform related issues.
• Handle and elevate clients' feedback and complaints.
• Provide excellent service experience to external/internal customers through phone or other communication channels.
• Adhere to the service level targets, and any other duties as defined/assigned by Manager.
• Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
