To support our growing team, we are hiring a Client Relations Executive to work on our front desk, is passionate about customer service and working in a vibrant, child-friendly setting.

Parent Communication & Sales Support: Engage with parents in person, via phone, email, in-person, or messaging platforms to discuss our gymnastics programs, class offerings, special promotions, and enrolment options. Highlight benefits, answer questions, and guide families toward the best fit for their children’s needs
Monitor our Success by Following Up with Clients: Gathering feedback and identifying areas we can improve on while also providing clients feedback on their child progress
Client Experience Enhancement: Proactively ensure clients feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us—from initial inquiry to ongoing participation. Handle feedback, resolve minor issues, and foster long-term loyalty.
Administrative Duties: Perform basic stock counting and inventory management for gymnastics equipment, apparel, and merchandise. Manage class attendance booking, waitlists, and scheduling adjustments using our academy software. Respond promptly to parent messages, inquiries, and basic requests (e.g. via email, SMS, or social media).
Excellent communication skills with a warm, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor—experience in customer service, sales, or education is a plus.
Basicadministrativeproficiency (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or simple booking systems).
Warm and outgoing personality with a passion for children and people
Previous experience in front desk,administrative, or customer service roles preferred
Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
Must be able to work both Saturdays and Sundays
Full training provided
Weekdays: 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm (with one weekday off)
Weekends: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
**While the core working hours do not always meet 36 hours per week,you may occasionally be required to start earlier during holiday camps or competitions. Total working hours will not exceed44 hours per weekor 12 hours per day, in compliance with MOM regulations.
Additional compensation or an extra day of annual leavewill be provided if overtime is incurred.
