We’re looking for a dynamic and committed Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our coaching team, and ensure every child and parent enjoys an exceptional experience at our gymnastics centre.

Business Management Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and monitor strategies to achieve centre performance targets.
- Analyse key business indicators, operational metrics and cost factors to continuously improve results.
- Ensure consistently high standards of customer service across the centre.
- Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and class occupancy.
- Optimise resources, manage budgets and minimise unnecessary expenses.
Gymnastics Curriculum (Preferred)
- Experience coaching children aged 18 months to 12 years, with confidence leading groups of 10–20 children.
- Understands age-appropriate gymnastics curriculum and skill progression.
- Able to mentor, guide and develop trainee and junior coaches to strengthen coaching quality.
People Management
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, teamwork and customer care.
- Communicate proactively and effectively with the team.
- Develop staff capabilities through training, feedback and performance reviews.
- Identify potential in team members and support their career growth.
- Oversee and ensure proper handling of personnel administration matters.
- Lead the team in a positive and respectful manner, effectively managing conflict when needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines.
- Responsible for the overall health, safety and well-being of the team and students.
