Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking an Operations Relationship Manager to handle day-to-day operational tasks for FA partners. The role emphasizes clear communication and timely resolution via phone, email, and in-person engagement.

The candidate should have a university degree or equivalent, at least five years in customer service within life insurance, and strong stakeholder management skills to build strong distributor relationships and drive efficient operations.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably within the life insurance sector.
• Exposure to New Business, Policy Servicing, and Claims activities within the life insurance would be a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability in stakeholder management across teams and levels.
• Self-motivated and resourceful, with the capability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes

Responsibilities

• Manage and address operational requests and feedback in a timely manner, coordinating with the appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure swift resolution.
• Lead end-to-end case management for FA partners, maintaining accurate records, providing timely status updates, and ensuring requests are resolved effectively.
• Work directly with FA partners to confirm requirements, respond to queries and concerns, and progress cases through to closure.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with FA partners to improve collaboration and enhance the overall distributor experience.
• Deliver regular operational updates and training to FA partners to promote clarity, consistency, and effective ways of working.
• Contribute to operational initiatives and provide additional support as required to meet business priorities
