Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer service role, preferably within life insurance.
• Exposure to New Business, Policy Servicing, and Claims within life insurance is a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholder management across teams and levels.
• Self-motivated and resourceful, with the capability to work independently and own outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and address operational requests and feedback with internal stakeholders for swift resolution.
• Lead end-to-end case management for FA partners with accurate records and status updates.
• Interact with FA partners to confirm requirements, respond to queries, and progress cases to closure.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with FA partners to improve collaboration and distributor experience.
• Deliver regular operational updates and training to FA partners to promote clarity and consistency.
• Contribute to operational initiatives and provide additional support to meet business priorities.

The Operations Relationship Manager (Contract) is responsible for managing day-to-day operational tasks raised by FA partners. The role focuses on clear, effective communication and timely resolution through phone, email, and in-person engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and address operational requests and feedback in a timely manner, coordinating with the appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure swift resolution.
• Lead end-to-end case management for FA partners, maintaining accurate records, providing timely status updates, and ensuring requests are resolved effectively.
• Work directly with FA partners to confirm requirements, respond to queries and concerns, and progress cases through to closure.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with FA partners to improve collaboration and enhance the overall distributor experience.
• Deliver regular operational updates and training to FA partners to promote clarity, consistency, and effective ways of working.
• Contribute to operational initiatives and provide additional support as required to meet business priorities.

Skills & Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably within the life insurance sector.
• Exposure to New Business, Policy Servicing, and Claims activities within the life insurance would be a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability in stakeholder management across teams and levels.
• Self-motivated and resourceful, with the capability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
