Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group SG Pte. Ltd. seeks an Operations Relationship Manager (Contract) to oversee day-to-day operational tasks raised by FA partners. The role emphasizes clear communication and timely resolution via phone, email, and in-person engagement.

You will manage end-to-end case handling, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and maintain accurate records. The position requires strong customer service experience in life insurance and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer service role, preferably within life insurance.
• Exposure to New Business, Policy Servicing, and Claims within life insurance is a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholder management across teams and levels.
• Self-motivated and resourceful, with the capability to work independently and own outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and address operational requests and feedback with internal stakeholders for swift resolution.
• Lead end-to-end case management for FA partners with accurate records and status updates.
• Interact with FA partners to confirm requirements, respond to queries, and progress cases to closure.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with FA partners to improve collaboration and distributor experience.
• Deliver regular operational updates and training to FA partners to promote clarity and consistency.
• Contribute to operational initiatives and provide additional support to meet business priorities.
