Zusammenfassung

StraitsX is seeking a detail-oriented Account Onboarding Associate to lead a smooth onboarding journey for clients in the digital assets and payments ecosystem. You will be the main contact from initial engagement through account activation, coordinating with Sales, Compliance, Legal and Account Operations to gather documents and resolve issues.

You will identify opportunities to streamline onboarding workflows, monitor metrics, and uphold regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years in banking, financial services, fintech, payments, or Web3 onboarding or account operations.
• Strong commitment to delivering an excellent client experience and resolving issues promptly.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across teams and with clients.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding cases with accuracy and compliance.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a bonus.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary client contact throughout onboarding from engagement to activation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Account Operations to gather documents and align requirements.
• Ensure onboarding activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce turnaround times.
• Track onboarding metrics, maintain records, and adhere to SLAs.
• Collect client feedback and collaborate to improve processes, systems, and products.
