StraitsX in Singapore is seeking an Account Onboarding Associate to deliver a smooth, compliant onboarding experience for clients and to be the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding journey.

You will collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Legal and Operations to gather documentation, resolve onboarding issues, and ensure timely account activation. English fluency is essential; Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a plus for stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding for banking, fintech, payments or Web3 is a plus.
• Strong client facing skills and ability to manage expectations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Compliance, Legal and Ops.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for clients during onboarding from engagement to activation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Legal and Account Operations to gather docs and requirements.
• Ensure onboarding activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce turnaround times.
• Track onboarding metrics, maintain records, and uphold SLAs.
• Solicit client feedback and suggest improvements to processes, systems and products.
