Job summary

Kensington Trust Singapore Limited is seeking a motivated Client Onboarding Assistant Manager to support onboarding of new clients and intermediaries, coordinating processes and ensuring timely collection and review of documentation.

You will work with Client Relationship teams and Director, Head of Client Relationship, to deliver compliant onboarding, maintain files and trackers, and provide accurate status reporting in a fast-paced environment with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
• 3–4 years in financial or corporate services onboarding.
• Foundational knowledge of KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client onboarding requirements.
• Set up and maintain onboarding files, trackers, and reports.
• Track follow-ups on onboarding action items and outstanding matters.
• Coordinate with compliance on KYC/AML and regulatory needs.
• Obtain KYC and due diligence documents from clients.
• Review onboarding documents for completeness and compliance.
• Prepare documentation for new business approvals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Identify high-risk or complex onboarding cases.
