Job summary

Kensington Trust Singapore Limited is seeking a motivated Client Onboarding Administrator to support onboarding for new clients and intermediaries. You will coordinate information gathering, review documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance across cross-functional teams for a smooth onboarding experience.

The role requires 1–2 years in financial services onboarding or related duties, with a Diploma or higher. Hybrid work arrangement offered with emphasis on accuracy and client service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in financial or corporate services onboarding or due diligence roles.
• Basic understanding of KYC, AML and due diligence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client onboarding requirements and ensure a positive client experience.
• Set up, manage and maintain onboarding files, trackers and status reports.
• Track and drive timely follow up on onboarding action items and outstanding matters.
• Liaise with compliance team on KYC, AML and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with clients to obtain KYC and due diligence documentation and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Review onboarding documents for completeness, accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation for new business approvals.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Identify and escalate high-risk or complex onboarding cases.
