Job summary

Keenai Global is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to strengthen client onboarding, KYC diligence and documentation for the Sales team in Singapore. You will liaise with Legal and Compliance, coordinating with Relationship Managers to gather, verify, and follow up on client documents while mitigating onboarding risks.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and experience in high-growth settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnerships, business development and value engineering roles.
• Familiarity with AI or conversational AI technologies.
• Working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (0–1 startups acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding, due diligence, and documentation for the Sales team.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to align onboarding with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with RMs to collect and verify client documents and flag gaps.
• Review client activity and records to ensure accurate KYC and risk assessments.
• Maintain records and ensure data privacy and security during onboarding.
• Communicate clearly with clients through approved channels.
• Coordinate with compliance, risk, and operations teams to resolve onboarding queries.
