Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a KYC specialist to support client onboarding and ongoing due diligence. You will review profiles, collect documents, run name screening, and perform basic risk assessments in line with AML/CFT/CPF guidelines.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, track onboarding pipelines, escalate issues, and help maintain data accuracy across systems, contributing to process improvements and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of KYC/CDD experience.
• Proficient in KYC profiling.
• Strong AML/KYC knowledge in banking.
• Understanding customer base with client focus.
• Familiar with AML/CFT/CPF standards (CRS, FATCA).
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Team player, multitasking under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel; data tracking skills.
• AML/CAMs certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client profile to determine the required KYC information as per procedure
• Review and collect KYC documentation for new and existing clients.
• Perform due diligence checks and basic risk assessments per AML/CFT/CPF.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and clients to obtain documents and resolve issues.
• Track onboarding pipelines and outstanding items.
• Escalate KYC deficiencies or red flags.
• Maintain data matrix for reviews, reporting, audits.
• Participate in process improvement to boost efficiency.
• Maintain records and data integrity across systems.
• Escalate risks and contribute to mitigation solutions.
