Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

is seeking a KYC Operations Officer in Singapore to compile accurate KYC profiles for new customers and update existing profiles using internal systems and due diligence procedures. You will conduct screenings on customers, related parties, and third-party payments, and collaborate with Front Office and Client On-Boarding teams to obtain required documentation when information is not publicly available.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in KYC or client onboarding.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present documentation clearly and concisely.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate KYC profiles in a timely manner for new customers or update existing profiles using internal systems and due diligence procedures.
• Perform screening on all new/existing customers, related parties, and third-party payment requests.
• Collaborate with the Front Office and Client On-Boarding Team to source additional documentation when information is not publicly available.
• Review and prepare KYC documentation for approval by the Quality Control team in London, ensuring clear rationale and professional presentation.
