Citi Wealth is seeking a skilled onboarding operations professional in Singapore to process retail account openings across channels, verify identities per KYC/AML standards, and ensure timely, compliant onboarding. You’ll support due diligence, maintain audit-ready records, and collaborate with teams to resolve documentation gaps.

The role emphasizes accuracy in high-volume environments, strong stakeholder communication, and the ongoing adoption of digital tools to streamline workflows.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail banking operations, account opening, onboarding, or back-office functions.
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, sanctions screening and regulatory onboarding requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with high-quality processing in a high-volume setting.
• Effective communication and collaboration across teams to guide frontline colleagues.
• Ability to build a strong, collaborative working relationship with teammates and meet deadlines.

• Process retail bank account opening requests across branch and digital channels with accurate data capture and timely completion.
• Verify customer identity and documentation per KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct due diligence assessments and apply risk profiling per established protocols.
