Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to review and verify account documentation submitted by Relationship Managers, ensuring timely and accurate openings.

You will work with Compliance on regulatory requirements (CRS, FATCA, QI) and support internal teams with documentation, remediation, and system updates, maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Client Onboarding / Account Documentation experience in Private Banking.
• Good knowledge of account documentation requirements in private banking, MAS 626, and Corporate/Trust documents.
• Familiar with opening Corporate or Trust accounts and Tax documents (e.g., W8Ben).
• Meticulous and independent.

Responsibilities

• Review account documents submitted by Relationship Managers (RMs).
• Ensure accounts are opened in the systems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure document deficiencies are tracked and escalated as per procedure.
• Process amendments on accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide quality service to internal clients (RMs / Assistant RMs).
• Support other departments in information retrieval and remediation.
• Ensure activities comply with relevant regulatory laws and internal policies.
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance and other stakeholders on documentation requirements.
• Familiar with CRS, FATCA and QI documentations and annual regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Review account documents submitted by Relationship Managers (RMs)
• Ensure accounts are opened in the systems in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure document deficiencies are accurately tracked and escalated as per procedure
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of amendments on the accounts
• Ensure quality service is provided to internal clients, i.e. RMs / Assistant RMs
• Support other departments in various activities (e.g. information retrieval, remediation)
• Ensure activities are compliant with relevant regulatory laws and internal policies
• Work with Legal & Compliance and other stakeholders on documentation requirements
• Familiar with CRS, FATCA and QI documentations and annual regulatory reporting

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder with 2-3 years of Client Onboarding /Account Documentation related experience in Private Bank.
• Good knowledge of account documentation requirements in a private Banking Environment, MAS 626 and Corporate Account documentations (e.g. M&AA, Cert of Incumbency, Declaration of Trust, Director Resolution), opening of Corporate or Trust accounts, Tax documents (e.g. W8Ben forms).
• Meticulous and independent
