The role centers on validating documentation and ensuring readiness before account activation, with a focus on MAS 626 compliance and AML/KYC standards. Ideal candidates will have 3–4 years of private banking documentation review experience, keen attention to detail, and the ability to resolve gaps efficiently while supporting onboarding

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 3 to 4 years of Private Banking documentation review experience.
• Good understanding of MAS 626, AML/KYC requirements, and account opening documentation processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify documentation gaps and compliance issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding and maintenance of client accounts by validating documentation and ensuring all requirements are fulfilled prior to account activation.
• Evaluate client documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal governance standards, including MAS 626 requirements.
• Coordinate with front office and support functions to resolve documentation gaps, clarify onboarding requirements, and facilitate a seamless client onboarding experience.
• Monitor outstanding cases, exceptions, and account updates to ensure timely resolution and accurate maintenance of client records.
• Participate in operational enhancement initiatives, testing activities, and projects aimed at improving efficiency, controls, and service delivery within the onboarding function.
