Job summary

RSM Stone Forest is seeking a Technical Advisor to guide clients through digitalization projects in Singapore. You will act as the primary liaison for ongoing operations, ensuring timely delivery of service requests and adherence to contractual SLAs.

You will also monitor KPIs and participate in service improvements and recovery actions. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in systems/network deployment, plus experience in project and team management, with strong customer service and communication

Qualifications

At least 3 years hands-on experience in systems/network deployment.
Preferably 2 years experience in project management and team management.
Good customer service and able to manage customer well.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good presentation skills.
Well-organized and good at juggling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Manage the service level agreements as stated in the Managed Services contract.
Ensure service requests raised by customers are prioritized and delivered in accordance with the agreed timeline.
Be the point of contact for clients for on-going operations and projects.
Be the technical advisor for clients in digitalization projects.
Involve in service improvement and recovery.
Responsible for team KPIs - monitor and report KPIs.
Report to Manager on any issue that could significantly impact the client.
