Job summary

Embrace Physiotherapy in Singapore is hiring a Client Experience Officer to be the friendly first contact for every patient. You’ll manage bookings, handle payments, and keep the WhatsApp integration working smoothly, ensuring every interaction begins positively.

This full-time role requires strong organisation, the ability to maintain calm under pressure, and a proactive approach to stock and scheduling. A supportive clinic team backs you every day.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing admin or front-desk experience.
• Healthcare or clinic experience desired.
• Calm and composed at the front desk, even under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to embrace new tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the first face and voice for every patient, setting the tone.
• Manage schedule, ensure payments are accurate, and connect booking system with WhatsApp.
• Monitor stock levels and restock before running out.

Embrace Physiotherapy is Singapore's dedicated women's health and pelvic floor clinic. We support women through every stage of life, from first period, to first baby, to first flush. This isn't just admin work. Every accurate booking, every warm greeting, and every well-stocked treatment room is a small but real part of a woman's first step toward feeling better in her body. You won't be doing this alone. You'll be backed by our Practice Manager, our Clinical Lead, and our founder, so you're never figuring it out solo, and there's real room to grow with us as the clinic does.

The role, in three parts

• Her first impression. You're the first face, first voice, first "hello" every woman gets at Embrace. You set the tone for everything that follows.
• The engine room. Behind the scenes, you keep the schedule tight, the payments accurate, and our booking system talking to WhatsApp the way it should.
• The clinic's pulse. You know what's in stock, what needs restocking, and what's about to run out, before anyone else notices.

What we're looking for

• Superior organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
• A natural systems thinker who enjoys creating and maintaining good processes
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to embrace new tools
• Customer-facing admin or front-desk experience essential; healthcare or clinic experience desired
• Calm and composed at the front desk, even under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Someone who thinks outside the box and brings solutions, not just observations

• Start date: October 2026
• Salary: SGD 2,800 and statutory employer CPF contributions
• Benefits: SGD 300/year medical benefit
• 2 weeks annual leave from year one
• Hours: Full-time, including rostered Saturdays with ad-hoc leave coverage
