Job summary

Tomacado Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Florist Assistant to support daily floral operations, create and display arrangements, and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth execution for retail, dining ambience, celebrations, and events.

The role requires 1–2 years of florist experience, knowledge of flower care and design styles, and a creative, hands-on mindset. Weekend work and strong teamwork are needed to deliver high-quality floral experiences.

Responsibilities

• Floral Operations: Prepare and oversee daily fresh flower arrangements and displays.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor inventory, coordinate ordering and minimize wastage.
• Customer Experience: Assist customers with bouquet recommendations and floral selections.
• Coordination & Maintenance: Work with operations and service teams to keep floral areas tidy and visually attractive.

The Florist Assistant is responsible for assisting and overseeingdaily florist operations, managing floral displays and arrangements andensuring smooth coordination for retail, dining ambience, celebrations, andspecial events.

花艺主管将负责管理日常花艺运营、花艺摆设与制作、监督花艺团队，并确保零售花束、餐厅氛围布置、生日庆祝及特别活动等执行顺畅。

Key Responsibilities 工作职责

Floral Operations 花艺运营

• Prepare and oversee daily fresh flower arrangements and floral displays
  负责每日鲜花制作及花艺陈列
• Ensure all floral products meet brand presentation and quality standards
  确保所有花艺作品符合品牌视觉及品质标准
• Manage flower conditioning, storage, maintenance, and freshness control
  管理鲜花养护、储存及保鲜工作
• Handle bouquet wrapping and customised floral requests
  负责花束包装及客制化花艺需求
• Support festive decorations and seasonal floral setups
  协助节庆及季节性花艺布置

Inventory & Cost Control 库存与成本管理

• Monitor flower inventory, materials, and supplies
  管理鲜花及花艺材料库存
• Coordinate flower ordering and supplier communication
  协调订花及供应商沟通
• Minimise wastage and ensure proper stock rotation
  减少损耗并确保库存流转正常
• Support cost control and budgeting
  协助成本控制与预算管理

Customer Experience 顾客服务

• Assist customers with bouquet recommendations and floral selections
  协助顾客选择花束及花艺产品
• Handle customer requests professionally and warmly
  专业及友善地处理顾客需求
• Support birthday celebrations and VIP floral arrangements
  协助生日庆祝及VIP花艺布置

Coordination & Maintenance 协调与维护

• Work closely with operations and service teams
  与营运及服务团队紧密合作
• Ensure floral areas are clean and visually attractive
  确保花艺区域整洁美观
• Support visual merchandising and overall ambience presentation
  协助整体视觉陈列与空间氛围呈现

Requirements 任职要求

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in florist or floral operations,
  至少1至2年花艺相关工作经验
• Good knowledge of flower care and arrangement styles
  熟悉鲜花护理及花艺设计
• Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
