Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited, Singapore, seeks an Executive, Client Experience for Catapult to deliver seamless client journeys from planning to on-site support and follow-up. You will coordinate venues, services and stakeholder needs while maintaining high service standards across all events and programmes.

The role emphasizes client engagement, multi-project management and proactive issue resolution in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for non-standard hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Events Management, Business, Communications or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in client service, hospitality, events or related roles.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM/event management tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact post-booking through completion and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate venue plans, catering, AV, access, signage and logistics with internal teams.
• Prepare event orders, briefs and run sheets; ensure on-site support.
• Handle guest arrivals, VIP support and responsive enquiries.
• Assist with procurement, invoicing and administrative tasks as needed.
