Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a Client Development Assistant to support the South East Asia market (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam) in launching & following clienteling campaigns. You will ensure top-tier client experience and manage (eCRM) initiatives with the regional team and local agencies.

You will coordinate campaigns, briefings, launches and KPI reporting, acting as the main contact for boutiques on Clienteling App topics.

Qualifications

First experience in the retail industry.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate across departments and stakeholders.
Works autonomously, proactively and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

Launch and monitor (eCRM) campaigns and clienteling programs.
Ensure the highest level of client experience in SEA markets.
Develop and roll-out mailing and e-mail campaigns with regional/local teams.
Coordinate Clienteling campaigns: briefing, launch communication, follow-up, KPI reporting.
Main point of contact for boutiques on Clienteling App topics and features.
Monitor adoption of Clienteling tools across boutiques and support teams.
Support appointment booking and Queue Management system follow-ups.
Handle stock movements, vendor management and PO creation to ensure smooth ops.
Support additional cross-functional projects as required.
