Job summary

metrixlab singapore pte. ltd. is seeking a senior relationship-driven client partner to grow our SEA business. You will cultivate long-term relationships with South-East Asia customers, stakeholders and executives, translating insights into growth opportunities.

The role demands a proven track record in market research across Quant and Qual, exceptional communication, and the ability to lead proposals, presentations and annual account plans with the Managing Director's guidance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in market research or consumer insights
• Experience in both quantitative and qualitative research
• Strong relationship management and client leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships with SEA clients and stakeholders
• Act as senior point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts
• Translate research expertise into new business development and growth opportunities
• Lead development of insightful presentations/proposals and coordinate with company expertise
• Collaborate with Research Managers to create research designs and final storytelling materials
• Drive annual SEA growth plans to meet/exceed bookings targets

Job description

In this position, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with South-East Asia customers, key business executives and stakeholders with an objective to help grow our business in this market. The ideal candidate will therefore have strong relationship management skills, and experience working across SEA clients, with a result-oriented approach to addressing client needs.

Role Requirements:

• A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience,with a specialization in the field of market research / consumer insights /insight-led marketing consultancy. Experience in both Quantitative and Qualitative market research required.
• Act as a senior point of contact and trusted advisor for the businesses being developed and account(s) being assigned.You excel at providing clear communication to answer client questions, proactively addressing needs and solving business problems to drive clientsatisfaction.
• Able to translate research expertise into new business development and growth opportunities with existing accounts and prospects.
• Quality driven with effective written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to createand deliver written and visual storyline packs that engage, inspire and persuade others.
• Take thel ead on developing insightful presentations / proposals and pulling in the appropriate company expertise where needed.
• Partner with Research Managers to create research designs, sample plans, and final analysis storytelling.
• Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to identify problems/ opportunities and determine the appropriate and creative paths to resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with both internal partners and external clients.
• Work closely with the Managing Director and be responsible for developing and executing an annual plan to grow both existing and new business in SEA, with the goal to meet and strive to exceed assigned quarterly and annual bookings targets.
