Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a strategic leader to drive client development and relations across Singapore and Malaysia. Based in Singapore, you will translate global client strategies into locally relevant initiatives to strengthen brand loyalty and enhance personal client experiences.

You will lead cross-functional teams to accelerate acquisition, retention and lifetime value while overseeing VIC engagement and luxury activations for high-value clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in clienteling or luxury activations in fine jewelry is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple activations and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the client development roadmap for Singapore and Malaysia to drive acquisition, retention, loyalty and engagement.
• Collaborate with Store Directors and retail leadership to grow client pipelines and revenue across segments.
• Lead adoption of clienteling tools, CRM capabilities and Client 360 insights for personalized engagement.
• Design elevated client activations, events and experiences to deepen loyalty and advocacy.
• Manage budgets and measure ROI across client development initiatives.
