Job summary

• Process and manage customer applications and service requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and issue quotations, payment acknowledgements, refunds, and other related documentation.
• Monitor application processing performance and prepare relevant reports.
• Liaise with customers, external stakeholders, and internal teams on application and service-related matters.
• Attend to enquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate and attend meetings with customers and relevant stakeholders when required.
• Ensure accurate system updates, documentation, and record maintenance.
• Assist with operational improvement initiatives and special projects.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
