Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking personnel to support cleanroom operations, including safe handling and inspection of quartz and mechanical components with automated washing equipment in line with SOPs.

The role involves receiving, storing, and issuing parts to engineering teams while maintaining strict inventory control and traceability. Responsibilities include coordinating external repairs or RMAs, and ensuring accurate ERP/WMS updates for all stock movements, repairs and returns, with emphasis

Responsibilities

• Safely handle, inspect and clean delicate components using automated washing equipment in accordance with SOPs.
• Receive, unpack and verify incoming parts against purchase orders and records; prepare and issue parts to engineering teams.
• Coordinate shipment for external repair or servicing and manage RMAs where applicable.
• Update ERP/WMS records for stock movements, repairs and returns; maintain traceability.

Job description

Cleanroom & Equipment Operations

• Safely handle, inspect and clean delicate quartz and mechanical components using automated washing equipment in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Perform cleaning and handling activities carefully to prevent contamination, damage or quality issues.

• Follow applicable cleanroom procedures and equipment operating requirements.

Inventory & Logistics Management

• Receive, unpack and verify incoming parts against purchase orders, delivery documents and relevant records.

• Maintain proper identification and handling of components throughout the receiving and storage process.

• Prepare, kit and issue parts accurately to engineering teams based on approved requirements.

• Support inventory movement and logistics activities within the cleanroom and warehouse areas.

Repair & Return Management

• Coordinate the shipment of parts requiring external repair or servicing.

• Prepare and maintain Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) documentation where applicable.

• Track repair status, turnaround times and returned components, and follow up with external service providers as required.

Data & Inventory Records

• Update ERP/WMS systems promptly and accurately for stock receipts, movements, repairs, returns and scrap transactions.

• Maintain accurate and complete digital records to support inventory traceability and operational reporting.

Safety & Compliance

• Comply with applicable cleanroom protocols, chemical handling procedures and workplace safety requirements.

• Use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow established safety procedures when handling chemicals, equipment and components.

• Maintain good housekeeping and support a safe, clean and organised work environment.
