Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking personnel to operate automated washing equipment and manage careful handling of quartz and mechanical components. You will receive, verify and kit parts for engineering teams, while maintaining strict inventory accuracy and traceability.

The role requires adherence to cleanroom and safety procedures, use of PPE and precise data entry in ERP/WMS systems to support repair and stock movements.

Qualifications

• Experience with cleanroom safety and PPE protocols.
• Experience handling parts and inventory in manufacturing settings.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS data entry and stock movements.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated washing equipment to clean and process quartz and mechanical components according to SOPs.
• Handle and inspect components to maintain product quality and avoid damage or contamination.
• Receive, unpack and verify incoming parts against documents.
• Kit and issue parts to engineering teams and support day-to-day inventory.
• Coordinate external repair shipments including RMA prep and tracking.
• Monitor repair turnaround times and follow up with vendors.
• Update ERP/WMS systems for stock movements, repairs, returns and scrap.
• Maintain complete inventory records and traceability.
• Follow cleanroom, chemical safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Use PPE and keep a clean, organized and safe workplace.

• Coordinate external repair shipments, including RMA preparation and repair-status tracking.

• Monitor repair turnaround times and follow up with external vendors where required.

• Update ERP/WMS systems accurately for stock movements, repairs, returns and scrap.

• Maintain complete and accurate inventory records and ensure proper traceability.

• Follow applicable cleanroom, chemical safety and workplace safety procedures.
