Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented operations professional in Singapore to manage cleanroom activities and component handling.

The role involves operating automated cleaning equipment, ensuring SOP-compliant handling of sensitive parts, and performing basic inspections before and after cleaning. You will also oversee materials and inventory control, verify incoming parts, issue components to engineering teams, and maintain traceability across the process within ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Operate cleaning equipment and follow cleanroom protocols.
• Handle components per SOPs and contamination-control requirements.
• Perform basic inspection of components before and after cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack and verify incoming parts against documentation.
• Perform material kitting and controlled issuance to engineering teams.
• Maintain part identification and material traceability throughout the process.
• Coordinate shipment of components to external vendors for repair or servicing.
• Create and maintain RMA documentation and track repair progress.
• Monitor vendor turnaround times and provide status updates.
• Record inventory movements, repair activities and scrap transactions in ERP/WMS systems.
• Maintain accurate system data and supporting documentation for inventory control and traceability.
• Support inventory reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
• Perform work in accordance with cleanroom, chemical-handling, PPE and safety requirements.

Cleanroom Operations & Component Handling

• Operate Polyflow automated cleaning equipment for the cleaning and processing of quartz and mechanical components.

• Handle sensitive components in accordance with documented SOPs and cleanroom contamination-control requirements.

• Perform basic inspection of components before and after cleaning activities.

Materials & Inventory Control

• Receive, unpack, identify and verify incoming parts against relevant documentation.

• Perform material kitting and controlled issuance of components to engineering teams.

• Maintain accurate part identification and material traceability throughout the process.

Repair & RMA Coordination

• Coordinate the shipment of components to external vendors for repair, refurbishment or servicing.

• Create and maintain RMA documentation and track repair progress.

• Monitor vendor turnaround times and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.

System & Documentation Control

• Record inventory movements, repair activities and scrap transactions in ERP/WMS systems.

• Maintain accurate system data and supporting documentation for inventory control and traceability.

• Support inventory reconciliation between physical stock and system records when required.

Safety, Quality & Compliance

• Perform work in accordance with cleanroom, chemical-handling, PPE and workplace safety requirements.

• Maintain appropriate contamination-control practices when handling sensitive components.

• Follow applicable SOPs, quality procedures and workplace safety standards.
