Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Materials and Cleaning Technician to operate the Polyflow automated washing equipment and inspect delicate quartz and mechanical components in accordance with SOPs.

You will receive, unpack, verify parts, prepare kits for engineering teams, coordinate external repairs, maintain digital records in ERP/WMS, and uphold cleanroom and safety requirements including PPE and contamination controls.

Qualifications

• Operate and maintain Polyflow automated washing equipment according to SOPs.
• Safely handle and inspect components, maintaining traceability.
• Receive, unpack and verify incoming parts against documents and records.
• Update ERP/WMS systems with inventory movements and repairs.
• Follow cleanroom and safety procedures, including PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate Polyflow automated washing equipment to clean and process delicate quartz and mechanical components according to established SOPs.
• Safely handle, inspect and maintain the traceability of components throughout the cleaning and material-handling process.
• Receive, unpack and verify incoming parts against delivery documents and inventory records.
• Prepare and kit parts for engineering teams, ensuring accurate and timely issuance.
• Coordinate the shipment of parts requiring external repair or servicing.
• Prepare RMAs and monitor vendor repair status and turnaround times.
• Follow up with vendors and relevant stakeholders regarding outstanding repair items.
• Update ERP/WMS systems accurately to reflect inventory movements, repairs, scrap and other material transactions.
• Maintain accurate and complete digital records to support inventory control and traceability.
• Follow Class 10/100 cleanroom requirements, chemical safety procedures, contamination-control practices and PPE requirements.
