Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking personnel to operate automated component cleaning equipment for quartz and mechanical parts in Singapore, following SOPs and quality requirements. You will inspect parts, verify incoming components, and issue parts to engineering teams while maintaining strict inventory control.

You will coordinate external repairs, monitor turnaround times, and ensure ERP/WMS records are accurate and compliant with cleanroom and PPE procedures, contributing to safe and efficient

Responsibilities

• Operate automated component cleaning equipment to clean and process quartz and mechanical parts in accordance with approved SOPs and quality requirements.
• Inspect components before and after cleaning and report any damage, contamination or abnormalities to the relevant team.
• Receive, unpack, inspect and verify incoming components against supporting documentation and system records.
• Prepare and issue parts to engineering teams according to authorised requests and maintain proper inventory control.
• Coordinate external repair activities, including preparation of RMA documentation, shipment arrangements and repair-status tracking.
• Monitor repair turnaround times and follow up with vendors to ensure timely return of repaired components.
• Maintain accurate ERP/WMS records for inventory receipts, stock movements, repair status, returns and scrap transactions.
• Ensure inventory and digital records remain accurate and traceable.
• Follow applicable cleanroom classification requirements, chemical safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Comply with established workplace safety, quality and operational procedures at all times.
