Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is hiring Technicians/Assistant Engineers (Clean Room) in Singapore.

10 openings with a basic salary up to SGD 3,000. Shift options A/B/C/D operate on a rotating basis, with day/night allowances and meal support. Work involves operating automated lines, monitoring output, and maintaining clean room standards.

Qualifications

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, Poly Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent.
• Some relevant experience with semiconductor equipment knowledge will be a plus.
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player.
• Highly motivated individual who works independently with minimal supervision.
• Work in clean room environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and processes to ensure continuous production line operation and feed raw materials.
• Monitor equipment to maintain quality and quantity, troubleshoot and repair downtime.
• Perform target changes, head calibration and document major trouble with supervisor.
• Take samples, measure, and maintain control charts/checklists; adjust machinery as needed.
• Carry out 5S and machine cleaning to maintain clean room standards.

Technicians /Assistant Engineers (Clean Room) - 10 openings Basic Up to $3,000

Pioner Area (Transport provided)

Day shift: $6.50daily allowance (~$104 per month)

Night shift:$15.50 daily allowance (~$248 per month)

Meal allowance:$3 per day (~$48 per month)

4 shifts in total: A, B, C, D (Fixed once assigned)

o A: 8am - 815pm, work on Sun to Wed,rest 3 days, work on Sun to Tues, rest 4 days, repeat

o B: 8pm - 815am, work on Sun to Wed,rest 3 days, work on Sun to Tues, rest 4 days, repeat

o C: 8am - 815pm, work on Wed to Sat,rest 3 days, work on Thurs to Sat, rest 4 days, repeat

o D: 8pm - 815am, work on Wed to Sat,rest 3 days, work on Thurs to Sat, rest 4 days, repeat

Job Duties &Responsibilities:

• 1. Operation of the machines and process to ensure non-stop operation of the production line.Including regular input of raw materials to the fully automated line.
• 2. Normal operation and monitoring of the machines to ensure that the output is of the required quality and quantity as well as to perform troubleshooting and repair whenever there is machine down so as to ensure minimum machine downtime is incurred.
• 3. To perform target change, head calibration and to ensure proper procedure is carried out. For any major trouble, a written report is to be submitted to the supervisor regarding the nature of that trouble.
• 4. Sample taking,measurement and writing of control charts/ checklists. To perform the conditioning of the machines if the measurement shows irregular trend and out-of specs occur.
• 5. Carry out 5S and machine cleaning regularly to keep a high level of clean room cleanliness.
• 6. Any other jobs as required by the production supervisor.
