Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. invites applications for a hands-on role spanning Cleanroom & Equipment Operations and Inventory Management in Singapore.

The successful candidate will operate Polyflow washing machines, perform visual inspections and ensure clean handling of delicate quartz and mechanical parts. You will receive, kit and issue parts to engineering teams, maintain traceability in ERP/WMS systems, and coordinate outbound repairs and RMAs with vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience operating cleanroom equipment and adhering to SOPs.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to follow safety and PPE protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate Polyflow automated washing machines safely to clean delicate quartz and mechanical components according to SOPs.
• Conduct visual inspections and ensure cleanliness and proper handling of components throughout the process.
• Receive, unpack, identify and verify incoming parts against documentation and inventory records.
• Prepare, kit and issue parts to engineering teams in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate outbound logistics for parts requiring external repair or servicing, and manage RMAs.
• Update ERP/WMS systems to reflect inventory movements and ensure traceability.
• Maintain digital records to support inventory traceability and compliance with safety procedures.
• Follow cleanroom, chemical-handling, and PPE protocols; comply with Class 10/100 cleanroom standards.

Job description

Cleanroom & Equipment Operations

• Safely operate Polyflow automated washing machines to clean and process delicate quartz and mechanical components in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct visual inspections and ensure proper handling and cleanliness of components throughout the process.

Inventory & Logistics Management

• Receive, unpack, identify and verify incoming parts against delivery documentation and inventory records.
• Prepare, kit and issue parts to engineering teams accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper material handling and traceability throughout the inventory process.

Repair & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate the outbound logistics of parts requiring external repair or servicing.
• Prepare and manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and monitor repair status and turnaround times.
• Follow up with relevant vendors and stakeholders on outstanding repair items.

ERP/WMS & Data Management

• Update ERP/WMS systems accurately and promptly to reflect inventory movements, repairs, scrap and other material transactions.
• Maintain complete and accurate digital records to support inventory traceability and operational requirements.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow applicable cleanroom, chemical-handling and workplace safety procedures.
• Comply with Class 10/100 cleanroom protocols, contamination-control requirements and PPE requirements.
• Perform all activities in accordance with established SOPs and safety guidelines.
