CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites in Singapore. You will lead a small team, ensure high hygiene standards and deliver quality service.

The ideal candidate has a valid Class 3/3A driving licence, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask while maintaining safety standards. You will be responsible for coordinating duties, handling client feedback and driving the company vehicle when

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3/3A driving licence is required.
• Prior cleaning experience is an advantage.
• Strong service attitude and attention to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise cleaning crew for daily, ad-hoc and periodic jobs.
• Perform hands-on cleaning and ensure high hygiene standards.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor machines, carpet extractors and high-pressure washers.
• Assign and coordinate duties for the team.
• Monitor work quality and ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Handle client feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure the team follows proper safety practices.
• Drive the company vehicle to various locations islandwide.
• Perform other duties as required.
